This two-sided scrimshawed mammoth ivory tusk with a scrimshawed feather breaking off into birds in flight and flipping over to this side a flying bird. Tusk measures four inches long, set with a sterling silver cap. This special piece is truly a one-of -a-kind, very hard to find such nice large curved pieces.

A truly outstanding outer portion of a mammoth ivory tusk, this beautiful piece not only shows the herringbone structure of a tusk but also still has some of the color of the outer bark. This large piece is scrimshawed with a feather approx. three-quarters of an inch long. Entire piece is three and half inches long, set with a sterling silver cap.
